If you are a new client or a client who has not set up their portal please email us at info@taxfacts.biz so that we can set you up in the system.
If you have a portal account set up enter your email and password to log on. ***Please note that passwords are case sensitive***
Once you are in the site you can obtain federal and PA state links for Where’s my refund?, Obtain copies of documents such as your Tax return, send us a message and upload documents. You can also give us feedback, request an appointment and change your contact information.
